NAMA

BMOL is one of a small group of advisors which were selected from public tender to be appointed to the NAMA Panel for the Review of Borrowers Business Plans. 

Our success in this process was based on the extensive banking experience within our team and the firm’s recent and current knowledge of and experience in debt management, restructure and renegotiation.

The BMOL NAMA team are also available to assist borrowers in the preparation of their NAMA Business Plans or if the plan has already been prepared, to carry out a pre submission review to assess the likelihood of the borrowers plan meeting NAMA’s stringent requirements and therefore being accepted for implementation. The review would include proposals / suggestions for amendments / enhancements  that could improve the proposals from the borrowers perspective.
