PRSI - The Wrong Rate

Client J approached BMOL Partners to become new auditors and advisors. He needed expert knowledge in his business which was experiencing a downturn and felt he had outgrown his old accountant.

BMOL Partners carried out an initial review of his affairs, including tax, and determined that he had been on the incorrect PRSI rate being on A1 when as a director he should have been on the S1 rate. They immediately applied and obtained a PRSI refund in excess of €184,000.

This refund assisted the cashflow of the business.
