BMOL Partners attended a series of presentations on the computer system and provided input from a financial perspective. BMOL Partners then assembled the various company financial statements and drew up a product specification. They also met with hardware suppliers and ensured that the system was capable of running the software.
The software selected was based in the ‘cloud’. BMOL Partners arranged for a VPN connection (a direct line into the system) from BMOL Partners offices in Dublin to the client’s software. This ensured that reporting could be carried out remotely for the client who now has an outsourced financial controller in BMOL.
