Company Acquisition 

Client W approached BMOL Partners to enter into discussions for the acquisition of Company Y. The client had agreed a heads of terms and wished a process to be established to implement the agreement. 

BMOL Partners organised a full legal agreement based on the Heads of terms, carried out a due diligence of the target company highlighting the areas which the purchaser should be aware of. The purchaser varied the consideration based on the due diligence and the purchase was concluded.
